1. Applicability and Definition of Terms

1.1 The following Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all business relationships between PetRhein GmbH, Bayernstr. 14, 30855 Langenhagen/Hannover (hereinafter "we", "us") and the customer (hereinafter "customer") via the online shop www.astropet.de and www.petrhein.de.

1.2 "Customers" within the meaning of these T&C are both consumers as defined in § 13 BGB (German Civil Code) and entrepreneurs as defined in § 14 BGB.

1.3 Deviating, conflicting, or supplementary Terms and Conditions of the customer do not apply, unless we have expressly agreed to their applicability in text form.

2. Formation of Contract, Storage of Contract Text

2.1 The following regulations on contract conclusion apply to orders for products and services that we offer in the online shop on astropet.de or petrhein.de.

2.3 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part, but rather a non-binding request for the customer to order products.

2.4 The ordering process is as follows:

• (a) Customers order via the online shop.

• (b) By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a contract. Before this, you have the opportunity to review and correct the contents of your shopping cart and your address information.

• (c) After you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not yet constitute a binding contract confirmation. The contract is concluded either by a separate email (order confirmation) or by shipment of the goods. If no order confirmation, shipping notification, or goods are received within 7 days, the customer is no longer bound by the
